- Generate and verify QR codes for secure event check-in.

We take data security seriously. All passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. QR codes are secured with high-level encryption and are unique per attendee. Access to the platform is role-restricted — staff can only access the event they are assigned to, and guests cannot access any administrative functions.
While we implement robust security measures, no system is entirely immune to risk. We encourage users to keep login credentials confidential.
4. Data Retention
Personal data related to an event is retained for a period of 12 months following the event date, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested by the event organiser.
